FREE YOGA CLASS - ALL LEVELS

An evening of gentle yoga with plenty of renewing stretches. After a long week, unwind and reconnect. We will move through some easy yoga and then everyone is welcome to share drinks and snacks after. No experience with yoga required.

AERIAL YOGA

Our hammocks are used as a prop to help

you work through a series of postures, that

build heat, strength, and flexibility.

POWER YOGA

This class is a total body workout designed to build heat, strength, longer, leaner muscles and a body that is more mobile with better circulation.

YOGA CLASS (LEVEL 1)

This is a slower-paced flow class geared

towards those new to yoga or preferring a slightly gentler class. Modifications offered for proper alignment and ease in the postures.

PRIVATE CLASSES

Available to all abilities of yoga practitioners.
